How often to replace???

Wondering how often we should replace the Miracle Mud in our refugium?

not sure, once a year is a safe bet depending on the flow. keep an eye on the algae growth on it. if it starts to grow algae then it is time to replace it.

Thanks! We put it in last summer and I was thinking about changing out in the next month or two. The mud itself looks pretty clean, though, and the macro is thriving.
