How much flow in your 55s? Whos got the big numbers?

Well Im getting to be almost done with all my plumbing and the amount of flow Ive got is substantial in my opinion. The return is 900gph, one CLS is 850gph, and the other is 635gph. 2385gph in a 55 seems like more and more the closer I get to moving this into the house. I plan on some LPS and softies with maybe a couple SPS. Its a BB with a 20g sump, Aquamedic Turbofltr Multi Skimmer and eventualy a UVsterilizer and 10g refugium. Oh and 440 watts of VHO set fairly close to the water. What are some of the 55s around here doing?

that may be a bit much for the softies, you will have to wait and see. the leathers will like it though!

We have a couple of Maxi-jet 1200's and a couple more mini-jets. That is going to flow like a mutha Motorslave.

Realy working on keeping the velocity low, just big turnover. Hope I can make it work. If it turns out to be way to violent Ill throttle the pumps back a bit and see how it goes. The reason for so much is that I will eventualy got to a much bigger tank. I can fit a custom 250 on the stand, thats why the stand is so big. But until then I can break out the short board and do a little surfing!

I have a 1200 GPH pump on my 72 Gal. I throttled it down just a little with a clamp on the line but it keeps my "Crap" in the water column very well.
