How Much Flow? 40B

Just wondering how much flow i should have for my 40 breeder.
I'm going to stock with fish, and anemone.

Right now i have a 400gph pump cycling the tank.
400gph=10x
I have a koralia 3, and a koralia 1, not in the tank yet though.
K3=850gph
K1=400gph

Should i go with the K1 and pump for 800gph or 20x
The K3 and the pump for 1250gph or 31x
Or all of it for 1,650gph for 40x?

What species of anemone are you going to keep? Different species require different flow rates.

I would easily pick 1650gph.
And then you can direct your flow to where ever it needs to be or doesn't need to be.
