How hard is it to raise a baby shrimp?

I just noticed this morning that one of my cleaner shrimp has neon greenish eggs attatched to her belly. Any guys/gals out there succesfully raised baby shrimps in their reef tank? I'm scared that it might be food for my gobies and my wrasse.

I raised peppermint shrimps for a while. It was pretty labor intensive involving multiple glass culture dishes, phytoplankton and zooplankton cultures that had to be maintained etc etc etc etc ...
Peppermint shrimp CAN be done.

Now if you are talking cleaner shrimp that's a whole different story. There is something about the last molt prior to them settling that everyone had a hard time getting them thru. For me ... it was getting them past being stung to death by hydroids. No matter what I did and where I had my cultures I had hydroids.
I sterilized the water, the tools, used a non tank different part of the house. Washed my hands in vinegar before handling anything doing with the culture dishes, you name it.

If you dont have tons and tons of time to dedicate to this and don't mind having no results for a very very very long time you can try it.
Otherwise just enjoy the fact that your lovely cleaner shrimpies are providing free food for your tank

Bemo has been working on the baby skunk cleaners and so far they have survived 3+ months. i don't think we have reached the final molt yet though.
