How do you remove bubble algae?

I know not to pop it, but how do you remove it? I worry if I try to grab a clump all the bubble will burst!

By hand, very gently. I don't usually have a lot but when I do it is just by hand.

Never experienced it yet but I have read as you are removing it to syphon it also.

Emerald crabs supposidly take care of it (I am guessing when it is smaller)

I use 2 ways
1. pop it while siphoning water out during a water change
make sure to pop it while the suction is there
2. pull the rock out, scrape the bubbles off into a bucket
rinse well in another
then ue another just to be sure
and C. get an emerald crab

I think the emerals are a hit and miss i had to and they didnt eat bubble algea, but they did eat other kinds of algea. The problem I had it didnt take long before they thought my zoos were tasty.
