What would you say the most pieces to frag him to and be reasonable.....say 1/4 it into 4 pieces?

Or just 1/2

What type of bit on the dremel?

Also should I do it in water in a small bowl?

i would use a standard cutoff disk. you can do it in or out of the water. he will be fine out of the water for a few minutes.
