How can I get some pods?

How can I get some pods, and other sand critters? The LFS I use in Tulsa doesn't have good sand to put in my tank. They use a crushed coral I think by the look of it. Can I order some or get some from someone?
Thanks

Get a cup of sand from someone who has an established tank in your area, or several different people if possible.

Since I changed out my sand bed I just don't see many so called bugs when the lights go out. I just want to keep my sand bed healthy this time.

How is the best way to find out who has a tank in my area, and then to know if I'm not importing something I don't want into my tank?

That (buying some LR) may be my best source. It's $5.00 a pound or something like that. Who knows maybe I'll get some other free stuff on it as well.

just give it time. you are either going to have pods or not. if you do not have them now than adding them will not give you more. they will die off without something to eat. replacing the sand removed the phophate sponge they were using as food.
