How big will a naso get?
I am thinking of getting a Naso Tang, then I saw they grow to 18 inches. Is that true? I have a 150 gallon 6 foot tank, but that would be too big I think. I have been looking at the Atlantic blue tang too, or the powder brown or blue tang. They get to be about 9 inches the book said.

Nasos get huge, powder brown or blue tangs are not the easiest of tangs to keep

naso's will easily get up to 12" in length in the aquarium. i have not seen to many above that, except in the biggest of tanks.
what Doug said on the other tangs.

funny you asked this. I just saw a blonde Naso at my LFS that was easily 14". It was the biggest tang I'd ever seen. GORGEOUS! (but huge)

In captivity 18" max, if you feed welland the tank is of adequate size.

I really like the shape of the powder tangs. Is there one that is easier? I know a lot like the yellow tangs, but I just don't.
