I did make some progress today. I got my garage picked up some and wound up running some more wire in the wetroom. I'm in the process of tucking wires and hiding some cords, like the ones seen in the pictures of the lights and fan in 3/4" flexible conduit. I was going to paint the conduit white, but the grey matches the skimmer and schedule 80 PVC

I kinda like the "barn" look as you put it. Goes with the rest of the western(from what i can see) decor. Looks nice IMO.
There...did I save you any work??

Well I do like the western mountian cabin feel, so that will definately stay the theme in the downstairs of the house
But thanks! I got a wood workers catalog with hundreds of pages of hinges so it could be years before I get new hinges picked out!

Well I have spent the past two days tinkering in the wetroom. And I do mean tinkering at a snails pace. I have found out that my knee is not 100% and climbing up and down on stuff can cause pain and fatigue...
At anyrate I have been slowly getting things done. First off was to finally run a wet test on the 70 gallon RO/DI storage tank that will be used to gravity feed the system. There will be a GEO kalk reactor inline in between the tank and the sump. Here are some boring pics of the storage tank. I'm not removing the paper until it's time to go in it's hole.
This tank will sit full for a couple days before it goes in it's new home. So far, so good.
Otherwise I've just been picking up the wetroom and preparing for the equipment. Here are a couple shots of how I'm running the various equiment wires at the ceiling line. I was going to paint the fexible conduit white, but decided that it matched the schedule 80 plumbing, so I left it. I still need to get c-clamps and screw the conduit down.

Thanks kid! I wish I didn't have to scale it back as far as I did. It would have been incredible(or so I hoped)...
And what time of year is good down there

You want my modded 8-2 for your 8-2? Sounds like a good deal! Mine has a small crack from where the previous owner dropped it. It's been fixed with weldon and works just as good though
I do love that skimmer though. If I didn't mention earlier, it is a custom made GEO recirc. It's 2" taller than the mass produced 46" tall version, the feed is higher so that I could add the elbows inside the body for the downward feed without worrying about unprocessed water making it out of the skimmer and it helps stabalize the foam head. Also the neck is longer than the mass produced one

Well the 70 gallon acrylic tank has a very small leak in one of the bottom corners. So I'm draining it right now and will break out the weld-on 16 in the morning. Otherwise I think it's good to go. I just need some foam to put under it and it can be placed in it's new home and plumbed!

Thanks mike! I guess it's a downgrade as I had to get rid of the 370 gallon display
So I got distracted by trt and flooded the wetroom It really will hold water until it starts pouring out the door! 20 minutes with the wet vac and the floor is now mopped

Yeah, the floor needed cleaning anyway. I was using the python to suck the water out of the 70 gallon RO/DI tank. I came in for a few minutes and got distracted for about 20 minutes by TRT... I remembered the python going and went into the garage... Well a glove fell off the back of the sink and plugged the drain and the rest is history... I got about 25 gallons out of the room with the shop vac and I'm not sure how much centered up and drain out of the garage And the neighbors thout I was strange before!
