wow.

I am just now finishing up redoing my master bath, one of three projects that take up all my play time as of late. I said "NO NEW PROJECTS!" untill all these other issues are done, but now that I see your wet room, I am starting th think in terms of redoing mine...

OK, I have a few minutes to get my mind of life!

To bring some more background into the picture; here is 405lbs of base rock from what was reeferrocks years ago. I will be using the same rock. I used this 405lbs with about 60-80lbs of live rock to seed it all before. Currently I have about 200lbs of this rock that is still live and the rest has been dried out and needs to be cooked again:

And here is just some quick background on the construction from when I put the 125 in the wall. It will essentially look the same, but I need to modify and beef up the support...

Once the reconstruction starts, I'll post more in depth about the ventilation and plumbing access. This build is rather outdated now, so I'm sure there will be some modifications very soon

I love them. Dealing with Capt. Jer was top notch. He closed up shop due to a back injury, but I heard rumor he was going to be coming back... I'm not sure if that ever happened?

I may grab a box of marco rocks for this build though to add it. My neighbor picked up 75lbs from him and the peices he got were incredible and led to some fantacistic aquascaping ideas. In fact I may have my neighbor do some aquascaping for this one as his thinking is so 3-dementional when he looks at rocks!

BTW those rock pics don't depict the true size of those rocks. Some sitting there were over 50lbs. I think the largest was 59...

Thank you! I know the first portion is rather fast and not detailed, but I'm hoping this thread can be a good learning experience for a bunch of us

I found a full pic of the 125 or future home of the 190 as a reef, rather than a planted tank. I'm planning on re-doing the doors and canopy access for the new build and replacing the hinges to something that doesn't look like a barn hinge!
