No kidding. Maybe I'll wait for the Korilla controller and run 4 korillas. Then I could move that extra 750 into live stock
Well I got the Ro tank freed up and it's time to start getting things shaved and put back into place. I'm hoping I can start using the RO tank now... But I have to find a couple ball valves in my piles o' stuff.

Ok, the RO tank is plumbed and I'm running a wet test on it now It's too hot to keep working in the garage with makenna, so I've headed in doors until after dark... I need to get the wetroom put back together, it looks horrible all torn apart

Cool deal! Glad you got it going anyway. Good luck getting it back together after dark.

Well my ER pump died yesterday and I found that the impeller had started to come apart. I had another one lying around with the NW missing, so after some pulling and prying I got a different impeller in the old skimmer on the 125. This ate up quite a bit of my fun time yesterday.
I did get the RO tank freed up, wet tested and then last night I got it rough plumbed. I elected not to put the bulkhead and ball valve in it which I may regret later. The RO/DI unit will already have a T on it so that I can feed the 2 44 gallon brutes for WCs, so I figured that just Ting the RO line of the RO tank would be enough for any minor fills if I need RO/DI elseswhere.
Then I got stuff straitened up last night and today I'm going to get the DJ shelf trimmed and hung back up.
With the tank not getting here for 2 more weeks, I'm sort of running out of things to do... I have to wait until the 125 is out before I can start anything on that side of the project... Maybe I can make a run to the hardware store later and get the stuff needed for the ventilation.

So I've been moving much slower than I wanted to, but with the tank a few weeks out, it really doesn't matter. So on to the visual stimuli:
So here we were the other day with things out of the way for a little demolition:
Next up is the electrical panel access. Under the RO tank is 2 20 amp GFCI circuits:
things are starting to come a part. I just took these to show everyone how the shelf was built and how it could hold quite a bit of weight if I need it to. When it's acutally up, there is an inspection panel on the top to access the plugs and such:
Everything is now out and being trimmed to fit back in and have enough room for the expansion and contraction of the wood:

After everything was trimmed, it was time to put it back together. All the aquatime laminent is adheared with water resistent adhesive and clamped until dry;
Starting to come back together:
And just a quick shot of the RO tank in and plumbed. I have some touch up to do on the tile, but when it's done, you wont see the areas that peeled when I removed the aquatile to access the screws to remove the wood:
So that's about it for now... I'm going to try to get it all back together tonight and cleaned up. Then start making some RO water for the tank so I don't have a big rubbermaid brute on rollers taking up floor space in the shop right now

Really quiet tonight! I wonder where motorslave and whiskey are...
Oh well. I did get some cords cut tonight and have been soldering connections. Due to the placement of the DJ boxes, which is great for accessability. but poor for chord lengths) I've had to add length to cords. To do this I have soldered and shrinkwrapped each wire. So Nothing to take pics of, but progress none the less

Mmmm, sniffing molten lead....
I always enjoyed goofing with electronics (used to do mobile/video installation stuff at a electronics store). Riddle me this, where do the wires extend to?

Thanks Kelli...
CRVZ: The ones that I soldered last night were one of the cords for the DJ switch panel. The one on the left is about 3' short of the plug. There are two 20a plugs below the ro storage and another on the wall opposite the RO tank. The other wires all get routed through the PVC where you can't see them. I'm bouncing back and forth between extending my pump cords or adding another 4 switch DJ panel right about where the skimmer sits. It would be nice there just for the skimmer pumps.
The rest of it will all make sense as I go. So far you can't see any of the cords for the exhaust fans, under-cabinet lighting etc. Very soon I'll have more going on, but this is on the light side of equipment at first

OK making progress today despite the anti-tank movement of my daughter
The RO tank is begining to hold RO/DI water and I'm getting ready to clean up all the dust and clean. Then I'm planning on making more dust while I begin the plumbing for the 40 gallon cube-ish tank and the skimmer. I have a few peices of aquatile that need to be cut and affixed in areas you can't see.
Work called today and asked that I switch to working weekdays rather than weekends, so to flop, I think I'll have seven off in arow, but I may have to look at that again... I may wind up with seven in a row But if I do get 7 off, the tank should be here
