How big are the holes? Like worm hole size? If they are small, you could take a small sharp knife and cut the tissue back to where it looks "fresh" and then give it an iodine dip and place back in the tank where it will get good water flow.
For the iodine dip, use Lugol's if you can, use just enough in a bucket of tank water to tint the water a little yellow, leave the coral in about two-three minutes, swish it around and then place it back in the tank.
When you take the coral out of the water, do a close inspection to see if something is eating on it though, if you don't get rid of the pest, it will keep munching away.
If the holes are larger or there are more than just a few, you may need to take a deep breath and frag the toad into pieces. You could make pie-shaped wedges through the cap and all the way down the base or just cut the entire head off (the base will grow another) and then cut just the head into wedges for fragging.
Hope you don't have to get that dramatic though
