Hitchhiker ID please

I found this on a new coral I purchased today. This is the best pic I could get so far. I have searched all the web links I could find here with no matches. Anyone see one of these before and maybe know what it is?

The tail and head look like those of a shrimp to me. Is that its true color? How long is it?

That's what I was afraid of. I got a better look at it this morning and it has the tell-tale praying claws. It is still alive in a glass box on the counter.
