Hitch-hiker on shroom rock, ID help...

I got some nice green shrooms on a chunk of rock teeming with life...mini-stars, etc...and noted a patch of Xenia like growth..but the polyps aren't xenia now that I see them extended....any ideas?

Are they on a purplish pink mat or a brown mat? If on pink they are probably theClavularia sp. if brown they might be encrusting gorgonian. Need another photo if you can.
