Help with killer crab

Hello all, new to this, but I have searched the site often, just not posted. I recently managed to catch a hitchiker crab by placing a water bottled next to the subject LR with a small piece of cocktail shrimp. He was eating everything from snails to hermits to chromis. He is dark purple to black in color with red eyes. He is still in the water bottle in the tank and cannot get out. What kind of crab is this? Also, is there anything I can do with him? I hate to kill any kind of creature. He was just trying to survive. Also, I am trying to find out how to post my tank specs like everyone else along with the posts. Where do I go to set that up? Thanks for the help.

Hey
as far as the crab goes
your only choices are if you can find someone that wants it, LFS or other
Or you can set up a nano for it? or throw it in your sump or fuge if you have them
Bottom line you can't let it go in your tank!
I guess that ain't much help
well good luck!

Go to user CP and edit your "signature". Wish you lived by me, I'd throw it in my tank.
