Help with ID.....Snails without shell??

I have noticed the past week these things on my glass that appear to be snails without their shells. I have only seen two at a time, and they are almost the exact same size as my Nassarius Obsoletasnails, and have the same pattern and coloration, but they are missing a shell. They almost look like slugs. They climb on my glass and eat the algae. Also, I only seem to see them at night once the lights are off.

I know a picture would help, but I dont have the use of a camera right now. I thought someone may have seen these before.....I just want to make sure I dont have some coral eating slug or something. Thank you.

Chad

Yeah exactly...thats what I have too! I'm glad they are beneficial to the tank, and I shouldn't worry about them eating my coral. I wonder where they came from. Maybe they just decided to come out of the rocks after a year. Thanks for the help.
