I don't believe he means a UV light over the top of his tank. I believe he means a UV Water sterilizer, like this:

I wish I could help you on that one, but I have no experience with them.

Well the clown in the QT tank is still alive and looking better. With only three fish left I'm thinking I will QT all of them. After 30 days or so I would return them to the main tank.

Thumbs up

Good to hear that. The instructions said 10 days I belive. If you go over their recomended stats you could poisin them. Kinda like taking to much asprin to get rid of head aches. Where you talking about UV'n the hole tank with an open bulb or using the UV to filter water? I avoid UV'n salt water becuse it will kill micro-food. If their is a infection in your tank that maby an option you have to consider. When you put your fish back it should still have the chemicals in his system for a day or two, whitch will help him if thier is a light infection in the tank. If you have a camera could you post them on this post. I like blenies. Unforntanly the time I got 2 they fought and one died so now I have a Bi-Colord Blennie. Hes got an attitude and I love him for it. The only bleni I've ever had that bit me! I actualy chose him at the store becuse he rammed the glass when me and my old ladie point at him asking about the price. Keep me updated~

I cant rember,..,,, but i think it was you or some one in this post that said they just tossed the fish in when they bought them insted of acclimationg. If so hear is a link to a web site that give acclimation times
http://www.saltwaterfish.com/site_11...2ff995e2118be4
Just type what it is in the search bar and it will search the site and bring up sites. Find it and it will tell you a little about it and includes the acclamation time. Their usaly perty right. Times may be shorter than listed depending on how diffrent the tanks are from petshop to yours.
This links it to your blennie. Just becuse I like em...

Well the last three fish are still alive. The two clowns in the QT tank have been clear of white spots for three days. I'v also been adding 2 tabelspoons af kent garlic extreme to my tand the last 3 nights. The blenny in the main tank looks healthy. I will probobly put the clowns back in the main tank in two weeks. I'm going to do a 25% water change on the QT tank this weekend and maby on the main tank too. Pic of my blenny as requsted.

So does it sound like I'm doing things right?

I like your bleenie if I get one I wounder if he will fight with bi-colord blennie... Sounds all good you might be able to toss them back in within a week. You will probly have to use the drip acclimation method to aviod copper in your main tank. Use a little water in a bucket or big glass and dripp in water from you main tank for about an hour. Then fish them out and put them in a decentlly big zip lock bag. Use as little water as you can from the drip acclimation. Put the bag in your tank and let the temp get normal for about 10-25 minutes, then poke holes in the bag and acclimate that way. With the water you used in the bucket throw out and add water to the main tank. The medication should be in the fishes system so infection should not easly take back over the fish. After their back in the main tank you could do a water change to help prevent bakteria in the fishes system.
