Help - Stressed Clown fish

I just got two small true percs Tuesday night. I put them both in a 20L Q-Tank with a SG of 1.024 and a temp of 80-81. I forgot to put the guard on the HOB filter’s intake and one of the percs got sucked in. He wasn’t in there long but he got all the way to the impeller which had his body pinned. When I pulled him out he looked dead but after a few minutes he start swimming around. The next morning he was swimming against the current from a powerhead so things were starting to look better. Wednesday night I tried feeding him but he will not eat. I tried live brine. The other one is eating the brine and both of them ate flake food the first night. This morning I tied feeding him some of the flake food but he still didn’t take it. Is there anything that I can do for him to help him get thru this? Should I lower the SG or temp? Right now, they are set to match my display tank but I will slowly change them if it will help my perc pull thru this.

it sounds like you are doing everything you can. maybe lower the temp a little like to 77. i do not know if it will help, but it might make the clown a little more comfy. i have a feeling this is going to be a look and see type thing.
