Help! Red Sea co2 regulator

Recently purchased the RedSea co2 regulator and needle valve kit. I'm trying to contact redsea for support but noone answers. Maybe one of you is using this same regulator. My question is, is there an o-ring required? I couldn't find one and there looks like a groove for one at the fitting. Yeah, I can't find my manual either.

Please help. Thanks. I'd like to get my calc reactor rolling.

Yes, there should be either an o-ring or a plastic gasket between the tank and the regulator.
