Help my tank

See pictures. Pretty sad. Lost all my fish to ick recently. My diamond goby was the last to go. His name was sifty. I miss him. Now I am only left with a tank of hair alge.

How do I get rid of the alge. I have been doing weekly water changes. The corals are doing well but are covered in the hair. Before water changes I scrape the glass and pick as much hair off the rocks. What are the next steps before buying new fish.

Should I remove rock and scrub it? Should I thow the rock out and get new?

so sorry to hear that. What kind of fish/how many did you have in the tank? Also how long had the tank been set up? This is a great place to get your tank back up and running!

I would scrub the rocks then get a Phosphate Sorb to get your phosphates to 0.
Keep up on the water changes weekly.

That whisper filter could be causing problems- best to filter with a GOOD skimmer and live rock.
Are you using RODI? How often are you doing water changes?
Having hair algae simply means you are importing more nutrients than you are exporting. How often are you feeding?

Also, I'd bump up your temp and your salinity

Also, if your tank just recently had ich, you need to leave it fishless for six weeks to break the cycle. During that time, you can do some research, set up a QT tank, and try it again. Here's an article you might find interesting.
