Nevermind. I had it all set up to pick the thing up tomorrow and the jerk sold the 90 out from under me so I'm not getting it after all. I can't believe this, I'm so upset.

Its not necessary but it helps the battle against detritus build up I wish I would have done it in my 40g helps with cave ins too

And if your buying used cooking the rock can help you avoid others bad reef keeping habits
