Help Identifying

Merry Xmas everyone. I was hoping someone could help me identify these polyps. Above the Shrimp you should see 4 of them. I have not an idea what they are, but I do know that I have one or two of them move to different spots. Thanks everyone for your help.

They look like garden-variety brown button polyps to me.

No worries,

Jenn

I thought that the "garden-variety brown button polyps" were the ones in the center of the picture.. I was actually more interested in the ones to the top of the picture just ABOVE my shrimp, there brown with a GREEN center.. They are beginning to multiply. I just want to make sure there the good ones and not the bad ones.. thats all.. Thanks for your help.

OK, garden variety brown and green buttons ... Yes I was looking at the correct ones. There are too many species to know exactly which are which, IMO.

When I order/receive/sell those, that's what I call them -- "brown button polyps"

TRT policy forbids selling via the boards, and I respect that policy.

For what it's worth, I don't ship anyway...

Cheers,

Jenn
