Help identifying

Hey all I'm new here but I've got an unknown in my tank growning on some of my LR and I was curious if anyone on here might know what this could be. Sorry for the blurry pics and thanks in advance!

Looks like a sponge. Should be harmless.

It doesn't really seem to react to light that I've seen. Usually when seeing something that I have no idea what it is my first reaction is definitly not to touch it heh but if its just a sponge and its harmless thats definitly makes me feel better. Thanks!

nice yellow sponge, maybe related to Spongebobius squarepantius... Usually found in conjunction with presence of orange spp. of Asteroides

Yeah its been in the same spot for a while now. Seems to be growing more. Its not directly in the light and its kind of shaded so maybe its just in a good spot. I'm in Parsippany which is in Morris count if you aren't familiar with the area.
