Help id these things - harmful?

Something reproduced as I have a bunch these on my glass and floating around in the water.

Anyone know what they are? I have 1 turbo snail, 2 snail like things that are about 1/2 long with no shell that hitchhiked in (see pic), along with what I think is a bristle worm (seen only once and no pic). I also had an outbreak of ich and the fish are in QT.

Anyone know what these are if this is something to worry about?

Thanks,
Jay

pic of the adult snail (about 1/2 long):

his offspring (top specemin, tiny about 1.5mm)?

and i'm guessing bristle worm or something offspring (tiny also 1-2mm)?

the first is a stomatella. Harmess algae grazer and clean up crew addition. Like most things, the more excess nutrients you have the more they will multiply

the second a harmless pod of sorts......
