Hey guys,
Been busy working around the house painting walls and such, so haven't had to much time to watch the nano. But I looked in there today and I found some interesting things! I found, what I am to beleive a
feather duster. Which is cool to me, but I also am starting to see this other things I have no clue what they are. They are about 3/4 inch long white tubes (look to be made out of sand particles), what are very small in diameter. During the day nothing really seems to be coming out of them, but at night they have long tenticles that seem to sweep around. The pic is not that great, but the best I could get out of the 10 pics I took! Anyone know what this might be?
the tube (if I am thinking of the same worm) is actually a collection of sand and mucus that the worm secretes. I have them on one of my clams. A friend of ours, her sand was litterally coated with these critters!
Instead of just building a reef in my home...I so wish I could afford to build my home in the reef!
