I use aquamend in my tank, I know it's safe. Many manufacturers will put a disclaimer about aquariums for liability reasons.
What type of epoxy is it? The stuff I use comes in a stick and you mend the two parts together. I get it at HD for a few bucks.
I wouldn't use it until you know that it is safe for sure. I know the aquamend is fine.

I wouldn't use that stuff. Go to home depot and get aquamend, it's a putty that comes together already....you just mend it together.
The kind you show is for boats and cars like pastina said.

aquastik!
its the best/easiest one imo. get the red kind so it looks like corraline! its the one i have always used and loved.
http://www.marinedepot.com/md_searchitem.asp
remember that is is real hard to do it underwater, you are going to want to dry off whatever you are sticking, and get your hands a little wet when you are handling it outside of water so it doesnt stick to you while you are trying to glue something.
hope that helps!

putty?? like silly putty?? thats what im looking for!! does it hold quickly without too much pressing on the rocks? i have some unstable rocks that id like to glue corals to but i cant press down on them too hard
do you think this stuff will work?
sara, i wouldnt use that stuff either, anything that says not for aquariums dont use.
keep it for home projects etc

yeah aquastik is made by two little fishies which i think belongs to julian sprung and is meant for reef tanks, thats why there is a corraline type.

Aquamend is great stuff for holding rocks together.. or making a nice mated socket for a rock to fit with another.. ! I buy it at Home Depot and OSH... just be careful to fully mix the two puddies before using it.. it's very sticky on your hands and anything it touches above water.. in the water you have to shove it into the place you want to anchor and hold it for a sec so it seeps into the pores and makes a good hold.. it will set in about 20 ~ 30 mins. I hear it can cause your skimmer to foam a bit, but I have yet to see that happen.
SuperGlue is good also, but more for attaching coral frags to the propagation disks.. not for holding liverock together. plus you have to bring the two parts out of the tank to glue them with SG. AquaMend can bond objects right in the tank..

this is the product I use, and it sounds like tiburon does too. It's about 3 bucks or so at HD

A lot of those things that say "Not for aquariums means you can't use them to make a tank. I use aquastik.
