help, do anemones release toxins with color?

i just recently bought 2 anemone a long tentcle and a sebae anemone, everything seemed fine untile today. i walk to my tank and notice that some of my tonga branches and glass is yellow, kind of a neon yellow. is this algae or did the anemone release toxins and stained everything yellow? also my soft coral plant didnt extend all its legs today. (my anemone doesnt look to happy up on the rock i just dont know what to do. could that be the reason? or am i freaking out and is it just algae? the tonga branches are also new (they are cured but new to the tank(about 4 days)) the first pitcute is the tank with only the white lights on the rest are with the white and blue lights on.

It's about the only algae I seem to have...a tiny bit of cyano, but this stuff is on my glass all the time. Your third pic where you can see the side panel of glass is what I have every 2 days. I clean it off with a magfloat (the kind with the felt pad). It comes off almost like dust. It's almost the same color as when you culture phyto...maybe it is phyto...any thoughts/comments of reef gods?

On the right looks like it might be a flower pot coral. I don't think feeding one time would make much difference...anxious to hear what others think/have to say.

It seems that when you added the new rock you inadvertently caused the tank to cycle. Even "cured" rock will need cured before adding to the tank; as we don't honestly know how long the LFS cured it, and even if they did it long enough -- there will be die-off in the transport home which will cause a following cycle and algae blooms.

Do lots of water changes, and maybe run some carbon to lessen the effect to your current inhabitants.

Yep, just a plastic garbage can will work great. I use the Brute cans since they are nice and sturdy.
