Help! Coral Beauty ich

I got a coral beauty 3 days ago and I think he must have been injured during his capture, because when I got him in the tank I noticed a large abrasion behind his gill plate. This afternoon he has many white spots which look to me like ich. In the several years I have kept marine I have never had ich in any of my saltwater tanks before, only freshwater, I didn't even know that the parasite could live in marine water. The wound looks uninfected at this point. He is acting normal, eating well, bright colors, clear eyes, and generally friendly, although he does present himself to the hermit crabs in an attempt to be cleaned off, of course they ignore him. What is the best way to treat this parasite in a marine tank since I have only had it in freshwater. I always used a medication called maracyn on that, but i dont know if it contains copper or not. Right now he is in a 3 month old 29 gal tank with several crabs, a small yellow polyp colony, some mushrooms, and about 40 lb live rock. If he survives he will be moved to my 150 when he gets a little bigger.

I am by no means even close to an expert butI would recomed going an getting a couple of cleaner shrimp and make sure you keep the water clean, as little stress as possible and feed well.

Keep stress levels down and keep it well fed. Selcon vitamin supplement is always a good idea, you might even consider trying one of the medicated foods to stave off secondary infections.
The addition of a couple of cleaner shrimp may be a good idea, also

This morning he was free of spots, I guess he has a really good immune system. I am probably going to move him to a hospital tank anyway for 10 days or so. Thanks for the input.
