The phosphates are the food (for algae) Loverotties was refering too. You should use RO DI water for water changes and top off water, also good quality salt, and fish foods should be phosphate free.

Phosphates feed your hair algae and you need to cut off the supply of what is feeding your algae.

I didn't notice up there if you did mention where you get your water. If you are using tap, well or purified water then there is a huge probable cause of your problem. Use distilled from your supermarket to mix your own or else get water from the LFS. I used well water once from the top of a mountain that tasted great and jacked up my tank.

Also, for that size tank you should be feeding maybe 1/3 of a frozen cube every other day. Any more than that is overfeeding based on my 55g experience. The fish will put on a big show and cry and whine, but they'll live.

After you work on the root cause there are a bunch of threads on scrubbing your rock to get rid of the algae.

I think a little more information will help everyone help you out. Every stupid thing ever has been done by lots of folks here, especially me.

I've finally won my battle with HA. I had it everywhere. The advice I can offer is:

1. Cut back on feeding. Feed just a tiny bit. Your fish really only need an amount of food about the size of their eye for the most part, and only feed them once every 3 days.

2. Use a turkey baster like CRAZY on your rocks before water changes. Blow all the junk off (and out) of them. Once your water is good and cloudy and nothing else is blowing out of your rocks...

3. ...water change. Do large ones. I did a 20% change every 3 days. That may be a good place to start as you have ALOT to clean out if you have HA.

4. Get as much as you can ripped out of your tank and scraped of your glass. Get yourself a pair of large stainless steel forceps (Marine Depot sells them I know for about 6 bucks). They help with pulling clumps of HA from rocks. Scrape it off of your glass as well and syphon it out before a water change.

5. Cut your lighting cycle down a bit. At least a couple hours. Your corals will be fine and it will help the HA grow slower.

Do all this and do it regularly. I had it EVERYWHERE and was able to get rid of it entirely in 3 months time using just this method. Good luck. It's not easy and it's discouraging at times but you can win and correct your tanks nutrient levels. Keep at it and don't back down.
