Hecktors Goby and Rainsford Goby.

Can they be kept together or 2 closely related? In a 30 Gallon Cube.

Like most fish with hard to recreate diets those particular gobies tend to waste away slowly in most tanks, IME. Both of them are difficult to keep given their requirement for filamentous algae(but not hair algae unfortunately) in the tank for them to graze on. Since most of us go out of our way to erradicate any signs of algae it is not likely that your tank will have enough filamentous algae to keep one alive let alone two of them.
