Is the tank on a main floor or a basement that gets colder? I used a 350 Watt heater on my 72 Gallon tank in my basement. My 180 Gallon tank is using a 350 Watt heater right now and doing fine. I am getting another for winter though.

I love my Won titanium(analog)Digital have had problems so I'd stay away from them. But the Analog is very acuate. And it has a remote bulb that you can have set in the tank and the heater in the sump.
