Has anyone used these lights? Current USA PowerBrite LED Lights

http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...5&pcatid=18485

I am debating buying some of these to use as moonlights. Has anyone tried them out?

I have never used one of those. The ones I use are from Petsmart (I think) and they plug into a hub. 3 lights per hub. The lights are about 5-6 dollars each, the hub is about 10 dollars. Moonlights don't have to be that bright and don't have to be a particular spectrum unless there is a particular spectrum you need for possible breeding.
Natural moonlight is nowhere near as bright - comparatively - to even a 1 watt LED on a 24" tank.

I have a Current USA hood system with the LED's and they are really nice. Check out my images to see what 9 & 18 LED's look like over a 58RR.
