has anyone used or can comment on the skimmer box and remora skimmer

has anyone used the skimmer box on the remora skimmer or just someone who can comment on it.

i had a remora beofre without the skimmer box and i had a micro bubble issue. This box besides skimmer the surface which i need is suppose to disfuse the bubbles. Plus it will give me somewhere to put carbon in a micro bag since i do not have filtration

i just cant get away from the remora. I tried to consider other options but not going to happen. The coralife looks ok outside the tank but inside it is the bulkiess and ugliest thing i have ever seen. The only other one i have thought about is the octopus hang on but that looks so cheap and no one here has used it. I just dont want to be the tester for that one

my tank is a 12g eclipse. How would you grade the skimmer in your 10g. DO you have the filter box? does it discharge micro bubbles?
