Has anyone bought these??


I want to buy a nice gsp. I plan on buying these aquacultured ones at liveaquaria but are they any cooler than ones I can buy anywhere else??Has anyone bought these specific ones from liveaquaria??

they wont be any "cooler" they will be better for the natural reefs though, it just means they were grown and fragged in captivity. not collected wild from a reef.

i dont have the LA ones but they are close to what is see around me all the time...MAKE SURE you place them AWAY!!!!!!!! from the rest of your Live rock, once star ployps take off growing they can cover alot real fast!
i have seen a tank that actually was a bare bottom and used GSP as the flooring

Thats super expensive for GSP. Look around to people local to you, you can usually find people who will give it to you for free or near free

I got some of those about 6 months ago. They never did do anything but that might have been more my fault then the corals. I was battling nitrates the entire time I had them. They are no longer with us. RIP!

I know what acuacultured means I just asked cause the picture of that one looks cooler than the regular one they sell. But thx for all the tips
