Harlequin Tusk + Cleaner Shrimp = Bad Idea?

Hey again,
I have just recently lost a Yellow Tang to an outbreak of Ich and I was told that adding some garlic to my fish's diet and getting a cleaner shrimp would help keep the rest of the fish healthy. None of them seem to be bothered by this ich outbreak and I know tangs are prone to ich deaths so the problem seems to be under control.
Anyway, we took a trip to our local LFS and bought a medium-sized Cleaner Shrimp only to bring him home and find out that my beautiful harlequin tusk that this new addition was his lunch.
The lucky little shrimp got away and is currently holed up under some rock. I went out and got Tusk some ghost shrimp to appease his appetite so he hasn't tried to eat this pretty lil cleaner.
My question is, was this mostly a territorial issue or does Tusky think this guy is a meal?
I know Tusks like to munch on invertebrates but he never seemed aggressive at all. He's always been well fed and happy. I'm hoping this is a temporary territory dispute.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Lisa

I agree with casey! The shrimp will become a snack for the Tusk!
