We're going to be back in the 60's again.....that cold and freezing rain is staying Nawth of us! Just saw some news video of Kansas.....terrible ice storm!!
The news about the Tsunami continues to stagger the mind. Please keep the survivors and all those aid workers trying to help in your prayers and contribute if you can.
Those who were able to stay awake long enough to see the whole game ( I didn't make it past the beginning of the 4th quarter ) saw some awesome football as USC totally dominated Oklahoma! What a blowout!
This guy is fast but I'm not sure he's fast enough to play running back for USC!!
Have a Wonderful Wednesday!

Morning Tim, Dick Loverotties & Cath (I know your out there )
I'm in a great mood this morning, not only did Andrew sleep right through the night, but work didn't call either. That's the first time both those things have happened together for 6 months and it's left me with more energy than I know what to do with . Might even tidy my office today!
Hope you all have a good day
Steve

Good Mawnin' Tim, Dick, Loverotties, Steve (yup here I be...) and all of TRT!!
Uggghh on the freezing rain and ice storms. That sounds like the kind of weather we usually have. So far, so good, eh Dick? I know we'll get our share some time this winter.
Ahhhhhhh thanks for the coffee, Tim. Just what I needed.
Steve! I'm so glad you got a good night's rest. Now you can go out into the world as Wonder Dog!
Dick- that deer is a sharp contrast to the one yesterday takin' a nap
Where has Kevin been these days? I'm missin' him...
No birthdays to report today, so lets spend our prayers and attention as Dick suggested..on the tsunami disaster.

Cath, I'm here, just working harder than I'd like to be. The size of the other building I work at on *ondays and Tuesdays is staggering, it's almost larger than a whole city block. Of course all the tickets I work on are on another floor and on the other end of the building, so it takes me 5 minutes just to walk there, and I've been doing a LOT of walking lately. Most of the time I've only been able to lurk for a few minutes before I get a call and haven't had a good chance to say good morning.
Today is Stacey's birthday. She really wanted to go to the Cracked Pot restaurant in Baltimore for crab cakes, but she hasn't been feeling good for the past few days, so I don't know if we're going out to dinner after I get off work or not.

Watch out for the flu Kevin! There's a nasty one that went around. My family had it, and it was a doozie! Keep yourselves healthy people!

Good morning TRT
Running a little late this AM but what the heck, I needed the rest. Nothing like a good night's sleep, eh Steve?
Hope everyone has a great hump day!

Good morning people.
Made it to -38C last night, without wind chill. Ouch. Had to load the wood stove again in the middle of the night. Looks like a warming trend is coming. Low is only going to be -25, later in the week.
Gotta love Manitoba winters.

have a nice day..

OH
MY
GOD!!!
temps at minus ANYTHING degrees make my knees hurt.
Doug, you must have some AWESOME job or personal relationship to keep you in THAT kind of weather, and sooo far from the Ocean. I was in Detroit just before Xmas a few years ago and I was complaining about 6 (PLUS) degrees F while walking to the plane, great art of that was that it was 65F when I got off the plane at GSP (South Carolina). THEN I was complaining about carrying all those extra outerware items...

Not so good around here, there were two fatal car crashes locally early this morning, and we had only about a half of inch of snow for morning rush hr.. People, SLOW DOWN.
