Happy Thanksgiving TRT!

I took the opportunity to sleep in today, and then got the turkey all ready to go. I use a cooking bag, too, Perry - no dry turkey and no basting! in this house. We won't eat until this evening though; with Steve working graveyard tonight it was either eat turkey for breakfast or wait until about 7:00 PM

I hope you all have a wonderful day and have many reasons to give thanks.
