Morning everyone. As soon as the lovely and gracious Mrs. Phish gets up we are going to poke a bejillion holes in our turkey and fill them with garlic cloves, shallot heads and butter with lots of cajun seasoning and bag it up to roast away.

I got trained on a huge John Deere loader with a gigantic snow thrower up front yesterday. It is like running a flight simulator and requires a delicate touch, but clearing a driveway in two passes and making the snow go 50 feet away is pretty fun.

Have a great Thanksgiving!!!
