Good Morning, George & Everybody!
some showers this morning but the rest of the day and tomorrow should be really nice for all the touristers coming to Rocky Top. Man, the weather map for Missouri and surrounds looks awful; just a big red blob!!
George, good luck with Harley! You've done wonders with that pup! Thanks for the coffee....much needed!
The 24 hr intestinal virus that hit me Wednesday returned yesterday. Thankfully, I had a reprieve long enough for FishGirl's big day on Thursday.
No, this isn't Lt. Cable wearing a grass skirt in the movie South Pacific, but I thought I could hear France Nuyen singing "Belli Hi" in the background!
Have a Super Saturday, Everybody!
Dick

George, Dick, Tom, dobbs, Whiskey, John, and Everyone!
It should clear up and be a nice day.
Andrew and I are going to work on the bikes all day to prep for our first State Forest ride tommorow. New Tires, Brake Pads, Oil Changes, Torque Spokes, and Chains. Then, if we finish, I bought a windshield for my V-Star. (Now THAT makes me feel old!)
Dick, I'm sorry you don't feel well. Drink lots of Cranberry Juice and you'll be Tip-Top in no time. In answer to your question yesterday, about that job, the spec got larger, so I have a bit of calculating to do, before the final bid.
George, Good luck with Harley and have a GREAT time! We want pics!
Dobbs, is that a Lab? What a BEAUTIFUL color!
Have a GREAT/SAFE/HAPPY/DRY Weekend Everyone!!!!!

Good mawnin', George, Dick, Tom, Dobbs, Whiskey, John, Butch, and all of TRT!!!
Thanks for the coffee, George! Helps the motor to get started
Dick - that deer has a mean look in his eyes...either that or he's a sleepyhead Love your caption as much as the photo Good to see that your sence of humor is still working even with the GI woes. bleh!
Tom - You have a glorious day for Freedom Weekend Aloft. I was concerned about that yesterday with more of that unstable weather all over the place. Can't wait to see you photos!
Heya, Dobbs! Glad to see you in the AM thread. Beautiful dogs in that photo.
Butch - what a fun day you have planned with Andrew. Pix from you, too! Quit with that old talking stuff. There are several of us around here more SR than you
This AM my Civitan club is working on a landscaping project for The Haven, a local rescue mission for homeless intact families. Good that we have nice weather for it.
Be safe out there in the traffic everyone! Lots of love and hugs and peace to all

Morning my friends,
Had 8 yards of top soil delivered this week so you can guess what I will be doing the next couple days. If the weather gets too hot, we will head to Lake Michigan, not to swim but to enjoy the sounds of the waves and relax.
Best to you all,
Homer

Morning all,
Just work, work, work around here for this TRT'er,,,working the afternoon shift thru the holiday weekend, I am in a 24/7 dept, and we know no holidays,,
Going to snag a 16hr shift on Monday(the paid holiday for me) which comes close to 5 days pay, for working the 16 hrs,,,i'll take it, overtime is best spend when it pays the most .
Other than the daily chores around here, nothing much else planned,,,whatever pops in my head that i feel the need/desire to do, will be the norm,,,'specially on these days where i wake up with a countdown timer ticking away the time until i have to leave for work,,,,
Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend, and take time to remember what the day is all about in the first place,,,,,,
