Good morning!!!
Hope everyone has a good Sunday. I am going back to sleep then going to clean the house a bit and keep working for all the shelving for Christy's crap...err I mean collections. I wish she could just store that precious stuff in a couple of roll a way tool chests which would be much more tidy and protect them from dust.
Jenni I am still filling out this application for the Keeshond...lol easier to get a mortgage. I need to bring Blitz out and see how they do together. Blitz is a girl and with a boyfriend will get along better..after that catfight the other day. So far none of us is showing signs of rabies, but I think my one buddy is gonna get the test and take one for the team. You guys and Vince and his wife will be fun to meet, and hopefully no one will spill their drink in the dip this time (unlike that rowdy librarian).
In response to yesterday's thread Debs sis no I did not get paid, but I got flashed, and I will take that over the 20 bucks everyone else gave me this winter.

Good Sunday Morning, Jenni, combi, Perry, George, Butch, & All!
22 outside right now but mid-50's later....pretty much like yesterday's weather.
Jenni, we'll wish you good morning again when you wake up again!!
Good luck with the Keeshond, Perry. Tell Christy to keep an eye on you and call the doctor if you start lapping up large quantities of RO/DI water!!
Yesterday was a good day to be a VOL fan! The men closed out the regular season at Vanderbilt by coming from 16 down to win by 9! The Lady VOLS held off a stubborn Georgia team to win by 10 and advance to the finals of the SEC tournament, taking on a hot LSU team today. GO VOLS!!!
The Cades Cove road was closed for repairs yesterday so I had to get my dose of mountains by exploring a different area, hiking to the Little Greenbrier Schoolhouse. The old log school, built in 1882, did double-duty as a Baptist church and remained in continuous use until 1935 when the Smokies Park was created.
It wasn't a real long hike, only a couple miles round-trip, but there's a steep ridge to cross, uphill both ways, and it was 22f when I started out!
One of the relatively level sections of the trail, crossed by shadows from the morning sun.
Have a Super Sunday, Everybody!
Dick

Good Morning Friends, Love that picture Dick, as I do most and really look forward to seeing them. It reminds me of a northern WI woods I hiked in last summer.
I should be around until April, then back to China for several weeks. I do love those trips and have many new friends there. Sometimes I feel like I am living two lives.

Just trying to wait out my time here at work, so far it's been quiet here(shh, don't wanna curse myself) Last day shift today,,,then it's on to midnites ,a week of work, and plenty of time during the day to do stuff, almost like a week of vacation every three weeks LOL.I just forgo that sleep thing for the week,,,but i've been doing it that way for the last 20 yrs or so,,,,and i'm OK,,,,i quess .
Tankwork awaits when i get home,,after a stop at my sis's, for a nephew's b-day party,,(added a few toys/trucks etc., to the clothes 'n boring boy stuff my wife got,,,us boys will always like our toys ,,,right?)
Then a short day off, and on to my stretch of midders,,
Hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Good mawnin', Jenni, combi, Perry, George, Butch, Dick, Homer, and all of TRT!!!
Jenni!!! Yup, you can start the thread and go to bed, but I agree with George, you need to start the coffee and put it in a Thermos™ for us Sounds like a good time is planned for Perry and Christy's trip to see you guys. Ya, be careful about mixing beverages with the dip, it gets really messy that way
Perry- collections aren't supposed to be in a box. You can't see them that way, you silly guy
George - how's that ice event up your way?
Heya, Butch! I nose piercing now the TRT standard?? (egad, librarian with her nose pierced )
Hey, Dick! Way to go, Vols! And the Heels beat Dook! Banner day for both of us, Dick! Whew! I'm glad you were able to do that 2-way upward path for that photo for us, Dick. Congrats on the prize winner from yesterday. Wonder where that spot is that Tom was talking about. Jamboread at the library was a huge success yesterday! 6K+ in attendance.
Homer! It'll be great to see you more often for a while.
I better get ready for church. Lots of love and hugs and peace to everyone.

Well hate to plagarize another guys word but wOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOt!!!
Came back from my morning coffee with the old timers (who could not stop talking about yesterdays boob flashing) and raced a snowmobile down Big Springs road. I got killed early on then pulled away top end. We stopped to yak and ended up changing keys. He has an M7 which is supposed to be fast, but a long track. I don't know boo about snowmobiles yet but OMG it is the equivalent of a motorcycle and just touch the throttle and fly.
The poor guy has an Audi but did admit the Beemer was reasonable on ice.
So at this point I get to ride tractors..drag race snowmobiles..have coffee with a moose and got to see boobs..all in two days. You folks in cube country are gonna have to get along by yourselves for a while. My soul brotha Doug will understand but everyone else thinks I am looped now.

Perry, I understand too. Reminds me of one of my favorite quotations:
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"
Cath, congrats to the 'Heels!! March Madness is upon us!!
My nose was pierced at birth; one hole on either side and that's all I need!!
