Ok, two questions, unfortunately this darn thing didn't come with directions, hoping someone here has the same light
Daylight PC Bulbs.
True Actinic PC Bulbs.
What's the difference between these? Which ones should be on all day?

And it says it comes with built in cooling fans, but I've not heard them kick on?
Will email the company when I get home about the last ;P

I usually start my actinics an hour before the daylights and leave them on an hour longer
This is the schedule I have my PC lights on in the big tank
Actinics on at 9am
Daylights on at 10am
Daylights off at 8pm
Actinics off at 9pm

Actinics are blue, daylights are white.

most turn on/off actinics first/last to simulate sunrise/sunset. With the daylights turning on after the actinics, and going off before the actinics.
