Happy Friday the 13th and good morning!
Still warm here in ATL but we might get rain on the weekend. I can hear the grass and trees slurping, begging for water....
FedEx found my fish yesterday and they arrived alive and OK -- life is good!

gettin back to Sept. temps here ,,, got plenty of stuff planned today,,,wonder how much will go to plan, 
looks like 10 acres o' mowing to do,,glad it's growing slower now,,,
mebbe start prepping the 200g stand for the basment,,,and all the other related stuff,,,

Good morning! Actually, it's a great Friday the 13th, because it's my mom's birthday! I am heading out to their place this afternoon, both to with her a happy birthday, and because my dad and I are doing the MS150 this weekend. (It's 150 miles on a bike to raise money for the multiple sclerosis society.) It's a heck of a lot of fun, even if I will be totally exhausted by Monday!

Danielle, be careful in this heat....you still want to be able tostudy next week...
Chris, good luck with the new stand...I have only mowed once in three weeks and then just to even it up....hate to say it but we sure could use some rain..

Maybe this will be a lucky day for me; even if it's not, it's FRIDAY so I can put up with it!
Temps in the 90's here today but a change is coming. Sunday and next week look like rain, rain, rain. We can sure use it but I'm hoping Big Dave isn't right about it not letting up until March. Actually, he was just joking you all about that......it usually doesn't let up until May! 
Here's to a good Friday and to hearing that quittin' time whistle blow!

Well its Friday and my hubby is home sick...he was sick all last night after we got home from the Kid Rock/Aerosmith concert so they sent him home, am just waiting to get sick, haven't been feeling so well but hey its friday!

Good morning everyone.
I'm watching a neighbors dog while they're out of town. The last thing they said to me was "You can just let him out. He won't run off". Yeah right. As soon as I opened the door he looked like a bullet coming past me and running down the street. I spent the next 45 minutes looking for that rat and thinking about how I was going to explain his disappearance to them. He finally came back home. I hope he has a big bladder cause he ain't getting out again. 
Other than that I'm off today and doing rain dances in the back yard. It's clouding up and looking like rain.

Good morning TRT! It is a beautiful day here in Kansas. I am at work now, but I am hitting the door at noon. It looks like we might get some rain this weekend. We need it, but I would much rather it wait to rain while I am stuck in the office. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Well it is 2:56PM now on a Friday so I guess "Good Morning" is out and "Good Afternoon" is in!
We went and saw Pat's cancer doctor and he still thinks the lump is caused from inflamation and that the lump was smaller than two weeks ago! Good news!
My arm pit is quite sore and draining really good! Looks like I am on the good end of healing up which will take awhile!
It is a beautiful day here in Montana but cooler weather is coming! Enjoy your Friday and upcoming weekend! Johnny |
