Good Morning, Jeff, Cath, Tim, & All!

I've got the day off so I can enjoy FishGirl, my grandaughter, and grandson! It's not often I have them all together since my grandson lives in Fla. One of life's great joys!

Jeff,
Rotating shifts always kept me off balance...Thank goodness I now have a day job!

Cath,
I hope your trip goes well. From what you've told us, that should be a wonderful time with your family.

Now you've started something! Cameras and kids just go together.

Here's a little 'kid' enjoying a nap in the sun with his family:

I'm letting my kids sleep late this morning, then it'll be breakfast and head out for the Deer Farm....a local zoo with some very interesting animals and maybe a swim later if the weather holds.

Have a Fantastic Friday!

Dick

Morning all!

No pics yet Tim -- but we're almost plumbed up. Friend is coming to work on the 3rd bank of tanks today, and the part of the 4th bank that he can do ... I have 4 tanks on order for next week to finish off the last bank so *theoretically* we could have it all up and cycling by the end of the first week in August... so hopefully as we swing in to September and the busy season, we'll be ramping up livestock in the sections that are already cycling. We're a several months behind on this project but at least there's light at the end of that tunnel! Thank God for helpful friends - we've had a ton of help during all of this, and I tell everyone who will listen, how much I appreciate those good folks who have given of their time and skill to help us.

I'm off to the hairport in a few... got a last minute shipment in... no rest for the wicked

Happy Friday and a great weekend to all!

Jenn

Morning. Another long day at work and won't get home until almost 9pm...I'm starting to hate Fridays. I'm excited about tomorrow though...I'm picking up new lights for the tank.

TGIF TRT'ers...!!!

I'm off of work today---and got lots on my "to do" list...First of which was to sleep in---but Quiche, our male orange tabby decided that there would be none of that and at 6 a.m. sat on my chest and stared in my face until I got up. He's a big boy and verrrrryyy heavy.

Today is my dad's last day of work and he will then join the ranks of the happily retired. I am excited for him.

Tims---sounds like you had fun at the county fair. Ours starts this weekend. I'm volunteering a couple shifts at a booth to register people to vote.

Cath--have a great trip--we'll miss you around here and will be expecting a full report on your return.

Well, have a great day everyone...gotta get working on that list.

Jodi

Mornin all! I got my first fish yesterday! He's a spotted mandarin dragonet. About an hour after I put him in the tank, he was eating pods. He's all alone in there, so he will have plenty of time to relax and settle in. Well, there are some inverts.

Anyway, I started with a double espresso this a.m. I was up too late yesterday. (yawn)

Good morning and TGIF, TRT!

Much cooler this morning, thank goodness. Been pretty warm up this way. We sure could use a couple of days of rain, but nothing in the forecast so far.

Sounds like there are some fun weekend plans out there No big plans here, just going to get an early start on some school shopping (ugh) and start a check of our equipment for a camping trip in a couple of weeks.

Have a great Friday everyone!
