happy fathers day to me

My wife gave me these for fathers day!!!!

Interesting, the plate keeps moving itself against the glass. I guess I will just leave it alone. I think they look in pretty good health. Let me know differently. Some how I need to target feed these guys. I bought Spirulina-Brine Shrimp/Mysis mixed frozen foods. Any ideas on how to fee them and how many times a week?

very nice looking!
for target feeding you can do do it a few ways..
a turkey baster with the food in it, ( turning off the power heads or other flow devices) or making a cone that can go over them and inject the food in to this cone so they can eat.
