Happy B-day to Dave's reef 8/18/07
Hello everyone! Today I'm celebrating the one year birthday of my 180 gallon sps mixed reef. This was a tank I thought would never come to be, expecially after a tank crash early on in the process. I'd had trouble trying to keep sps in the past, and the sucessof this tank represents a year of reading and reseach. I'm glad I stuck with it and have been very pleased with the results.
A special thanks to tdwyatt, spanky, and wiskey.
Here are some pics, more to come after the battery recharges  .
These are some shots when the tank was first setup and after the rock had cured.
Here are shots, one year later.

Blue Tort
Another Acropora, I can't remember the name at the moment.
Green Milli frag, this is one of the frags from a colony that I bought locally. The original colony began to RTN and I fraged the original 7 inch colony into three smaller ones. Luckly all three made it. This is just one of the frags.

Just a randon shot of the tank.

My green and pink frogspawn.
Yellow Ruffle ridge coral
This coral was labeled "The Green Monster" in one of my LFS. I bought it as two 1/2" frags mounted on a single piece of LR at the end of December 2006. Here it is now.
