Hi, nice build. Just a quick question....what is the purpose for the pvc piping you attached to your skimmer? I only ask because I have the same skimmer and not sure what your piping is for. I just have a piece of foam on mine (as purchased) and the water just overflows from there.....

that is the gate valve mod which lets me fine tune the amount of saltwater/air bubbles that goes into the skimmer for better skimming. you can search it on google and on here for more info and how to do it

its been a while and i havent updated yet...nothing changed much except for some growth and a couple of new frags and a yellow tang...first of all a FTS:

been a while i havent updated but here are some pics:

Rose mille i picked up @ baymac starting to encrust


Pink acans i bought @ baymac that were bleached...gained its color back and grew an extra 3 heads


Fuzzy shrooms splitting 3 way


Orange cap growth


Some jaloois purple palys


Coco pink palys along with my GSP growing like crazyyyy and 2 shrooms that came out of nowhere LOL


some zoas i picked up from Neptune


havent really had time or money to pick up new stuff so hopefully i can get some early xmas gifts for myself wen i get some extra dough
