Growing on side of tank


I have a white sack looking thing growing on the wall of the tank. Does anyone know what this is?

Here you go. That is all I have for now. how about you, any full tank, My husband and I are new to this. we started about 6 months ago. We are planning to move next year. so we put this hobby on hold, as far as getting new stuff.
