Green star polyps
I picked up a nice rock of them today. However, they took a rough acclamation since the LFS water was 1.031 s.g.! I keep my water at 1.026.
They are in now for about two hours and not open up. Is this normal? Are they hardy?

Might even take a week or longer before they open up.

You should say "I'm just waiting for them to spread the glass bottom", as it's only a matter of time. I've had them in a couple tanks, and sometimes it takes a while to get them comfy, but then they explode. If you leave them be, you'll be pretty surprised at the growth. Good luck!
