green carpet anenome a possible problem?

I have 1 20 with 2 blennies, 1 sailfin tang, 1 yellow tang, two percula clowns, 1 purple pseudo chromis, 1 valentine puffer, some blue green chromis and my buddy wants to give me this huge green carpet anenome, he claimes it ate his anthias and a few other fish. Should I take it? or should I worry it might eat my fish?

I would suspect it would - and would wondor what lighting you would have on the 20 to support a carpet anenome. The upside is there are more than enough fish in the 20 that it eating a couple may not be all bad .

do you have a 20g or a 120g?

carpets are fish eaters. because of this they do not need as much light as the other anemones. if you do not feed it fish, then it will gladly eat the swimming ones you have provided for it.

carpets will also get over 12" in diameter.

it's a 120 sorry about that..... little nervous about my blennies and mandarin though, you think feeding it fish would stop it from eating my other fish?
