got the 29 up and running!!

got done yesterday with setting up the 29 gallon that i got a couple weeks ago. put in an overflow box, and a 10gallon sump. the overflow and the drainline came off my other tank, and fit right on there(nice when things work out!) using a coralife superskimmer 65 in the sump. installed a pc retrofit 2x65w in the hood along with a couple moonlights. getting about 400gph out of the catalina 1800 return pump, and put in a maxijet.

not really sure what im gonna do with the tank though, gonna put my lion in there temporarily, hes starting to get pretty aggressive. prolly grow some softies.

yea, the skimmer ran crazy atfirst, got all that skim in about an hour. probably a combination of the livesand, and the rock shedding. hasnt skimmed much since then. another cool unexpected thing on this tank is no microbubbles at all, and theres no baffles in the sump, its just a 10gallon tank. i put it in there just to get everything up and running with plans of glueing baffles in but i dont think it will be needed.
